PAYMENT METHODS Black Market Carpet wants to make the payment process as simple as possible, therefore, we provide you with a number of different methods of payment. Credit Cards We accept MasterCard and VISA credit cards securely online. Maximum amount allowed is $20,000. *Special Note* -- Because Specials are time critical you will be allowed to reserve any of the specials using your credit card. Final payment for Specials exceeding $20,000 must be by means of wire-transfer. Specials will not be shipped prior to receipt of wire transfer-funds. Ensuring the security of our customer's personal information, including credit card data, is a major concern. We utilize Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Encryption, this means that no one can intercept or view the data as it is transferred to our database. Your credit card information is never sent over the Internet via e-mail, it is retrieved from our secure directory via an encrypted, password protected connection which adds another level of security to the process. Wire Transfer We accept wire-transfers from all banks. The total transferred must include shipping cost. Delay in shipping your order may occur if the wire-transfer received is different from the order total amount. Wire-transfer may take 1-2 business days to confirm. It must be confirmed by our bank before shipping can take place. Cashiers Check Cashiers checks are gladly accepted and orders are placed immediately upon receipt. Personal or Business Checks We are happy to accept your personal or business check, but please be aware that orders will not be placed or shipped until funds have cleared. This process generally takes 48 hours, once we receive the funds. However, it can take up to 10 business days for funds to clear. Refund Policy We will replace any items that are damaged in transit. If items have not shipped yet and you cancel the order, we will refund the full amount. If the items have shipped, a restocking fee will be charged to cover the cost of shipping and recieving. We have a 25% restocking fee policy for any items that are returned for any reason not associated with damage.
